what shipping method did you select? if you used "other" instead of UPS or FEDex.. its snail mail.. takes a while.

Its been a month, and still nothing. I emailed them last monday, did not get a response. Does anyone have a contact # I could try? I cant find anything on their website.

Also, their website seems to have changed since when I ordered my lights. GAH

Thing is, they run out of lites and have to wait for new orders, thats why sometimes its there and sometimes its not.

They dont work weekends im sure... Maybe its stuck in customs? im not to sure but ive ordered 4 separate times and i had one incident where the post took forever and didnt deliver it. but good luck!

I got my order from them in a few days with no problems. They're a great seller.

Their bulbs are pretty good, but their shipping is pretty high. My order took about 2 1/2 weeks but I am in Canada.

Exact same thing happened with me and i'm in Vancouver too. Took awhile to recieve and i complained so they refunded the shipping cost .


Send them emails once a day .

Ok well the guys emailed me and apologized for the delay. They said if it is not there by the 23rd, email them again.

Thought i should post...they seem like nice people, dont want to taint their name.
