Default Where to buy RELIABLE HID replacement fogs??

I was wondering where everyone has purchased their HID kits to replace their
fog lights? Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Also,

Do I have to pay $250-$300?

just curious. Thanks

Are you looking to buy the 9006 HID kit or the whole jdm hid gof unit?

if it is the hid kit then this is where I bought mine

check ebay, they average around 75-100 shipped. To me they are reliable because they are working fine in 5 other cars that I've installed. Just make sure the ballast are properly installed and are not moving around (vibrating.) Usually the cheaper kits are not silicone filled internally, but you can't except to pay 100 bucks for the best... unless you get lucky.

I got my MTEC 6000K HID kits from Steve. He was a great help to answer all my questions. Instead of worrying about how much the kits cost, find out:
1. Whether you want to install yourself or pay someone to install.
a. If yourself, go through the DIYs. It's not easy.
b. If paying, find out how much the install is going to cost.

I'm willing to be that the cost of the install may be at least $100 on top of the cost of the kit. I installed mine myself, but it was a PITA.

Yes, check Ebay, I bought a Zentech kit and love it. It was $130 shipped. Make sure to secure the ballasts with zip ties so they don't bounce around, that will shorten the life dramtically.

I would recommend installing a kit that has a relay harness just to play it safe... Also about installing there is a really good DIY thread that was posted in the FAQ... As far as securing the ballast I drilled holes in the back of the bumper support and screwed the ballast to the back of it (also placed double sided tape on back of ballast just in case)
