hello guys..

I just got the Clear Bra for Hood from Lextasy...

But the thing is, I got only one rock chip on the hood, which is noticable if

you see it close enough...

should I do a touch up paint before installation or better to leave it like that

and install the Clear Bra since that is only one?

please comment for me

I'd say touch it up, so it wont bother you if your picky in the future.

I would leave it because IMO it looks worse when you put touch up paint

i had this with one of my acuras, it had a slight chip from delievery and when i went back, they used touch up paint at the dealer when the installed and i wasnt able to tell. i also think its better to coat it with the paint first before applying the clear bra.

PS...like the 1st love! had one myself all Greddy Tuned. miss that car and wish i never got rid of it. Purchased property and the mortgage lender wouldnt allow me to keep it. well that was like 7 years ago and i only had like 6,ooo miles if that on it. lucky person that got there hands on that

So does anyone have tips to touch up rock chips? or little areas on the bumper?

Touch it up, then put on the Clear Bra

Leave it alone. Your clear bra installer will touch it up. At least that's what Francisco from Aerotect did to my car. Like what almacruel said it will look worse when you put touch up paint. It's very difficult to touch it up.

yeah- diy clear bra is a big no-no.

i had a minor rock chip on mine before i got mine installed. The guys at aerotect smoothed it out alittle and filled it before putting on the bra. So now you can never tell it was there.
