just glad i could share
hi, yes i have the gun-metal one but I love everything and anything that's brushed aluminum. if i can just build the courage and confidence, i'd take out the OEM ones and paint them with Alsa Ghost Chrome spray and brush them to get the brushed aluminum look

no it doesn't, all you need is a wet cloth to remove the residue later on (if any). i removed the radio/navi/air-vents parts and just had to wipe a small spot

In my opinion it looks great, very classy and sleek. How hard was the install and how did you install? Another question is what kind of material is it? Is it a sticker that does the job?

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it before but you can send your pieces out to get them coated in any pattern you want. I did this awhile ago when I had my grand am and had them coat some pieces in brushed aluminum. The results were pretty sweet and for what you pay for these overlays its cost about the same. Plus you dont have to worry about the overlays not matching the stock pieces. I was reminded of this process when I watched OCC. The companys name is Tarjac. Not sure if I can link to their website but just google it. I cant remember the company I sent mine too but the process is the same. I plan on sending my 360 faceplate out in the next few days to get it coated in army digital print.
