the lights inside of my 350 aren't working...
the light that shows the peddles
lights that are right next to the moon roof aren't turning on
lights in the viser
and the passenger lights aren't turning on
i knew this isn't a big deal so i didn't want to call lexus and have them tell me they'll have to look at it and charge me a million dollars, when its the fuse that went out
also... my car is coming up to 30K isn't this a major service?(not just a oil change or tire rotation?) exact motors? saw there good and someone said they allow payment plans? that'd be nice because i just got a speeding ticket/ and lexus broke the bank because they had to fix my ML amp..... thanks

The light problem is covered under warranty (aka free).
Yes the 30k is a major service and a bit pricey but you can try to find an independant shop who will do it for cheaper than a Lexus dealership.
I've never heard of a payment plan for service though.

ok--dumb question. Is the on/off switch for the interior lights possibly in the "off" position? I'm sure you tried this, and/or the dealer asked you, so sorry to ask the obvious.

yeah the amp is under warranty, but i took out the sub earlyer because it sounded like it was blow and they said that because i tryed to look at it myself it void that part of the warranty? i didn't want to fight with them because marin sucks hahaha i just figered it'd make it easyer on me and them to just let them do what they need to do
i don't think i hit the door button because they'd still turn on if i pushed them on... i'll just call lexus monday
and yeah i've never herd of payment plans on service but thats what i saw on the norcal tread...maybe i read it wrong... anyone in the bay area that goes to exact motors know bout that? or any info on them?
Thanks everyone for the replys and input helped me alot....

my 30k service was only like $400 something.. plus u mentioned oil change and tire rotation. how did they do tire rotation if we have staggered directional tires? you cant rotate those tires.
