I know the Lexus of Las Vegas will not budge, in fact they rather lease then go below invoice. So right now I'm in touch with the Socal and Arizona dealerships.
Best quotes I rec'd on a NEW IS350 were from California dealerships. (Digested the entire "Where did you buy your IS in CA thread"). Longo Lexus, Newport Lexus, Glendale Lexus, Southbay Lexus (for special order disount). A few others that were recommened (Such as Tustin and Cerritos to name a few) did not want to talk. Might just be the folks I was emailing with.

If you want any form of decent discount on a new IS350 you have to look outside of Vegas, period.

You might try the http://vatb.com/home (Valley Auto and Truck brokerage). They said they can and will find one at $500 over invoice.

I was actually looking at another lightly used IS350 listed in CA in autotrader at a dealer, when I found this car.

Just picked up the 7/100 from Troy Deitrich today as well.

As a side note, I can't believe how good the MPG has been thus far. I've gone about 200 miles and gotten 24.5MPG thus far (50% Street / 50% Freeway). Thats on the dash readout (after reseting). My ScangaugeII reads 24 thus far so its pretty close. I think pure city is going to suck though. I'm a lazy freeway driver (set it at 65 to 70 and let cruise run). Too many of the new 'plainclothes' cop cars running around the freeways in Vegas now.

I got some good news tonight. A forum member in another forum is a Lexus technician and looked up my IS350 in the Lexus system. Apparently (unknown to the dealer) it has the HKS cat-back exhaust sytem installed as well as the rear ground effects kit.

Nice unknown bonuses!

I was looking at the exhaust the other day and thinking to myself it looked too good to be a stock exhaust system. Yay me.
