Default Please Help

I just bought a IS250. I've been trying to figure out some basic functions in the car with NO LUCK....please help!

1. How do you activate or change the DAY/NIGHT nav screen function? The regular nav screen is too bright at night. I am NOT talking about changing the contrast and brightness.

2. When I receive a call, only the phone number shows up not the person's name that is stored in my phone book. How do I make the screen show both the phone number and person's name stored on my phone book?

3. Also, I read on another forum that there is a way to override the safety feature on the nav screen that allows the user to enter an address while the car is in motion WITHOUT cutting any wires. How do you do this? What SPECIFIC (step by step) screens do I need to go into?

**Thanks in advance for your inputs***

1. you know the volume control for brightness of the guage? it is located on the left side of the steering wheel. do not turn it till it clicks, turn it but stop before it clicks, then the screen will turn dark automatically at night.

2. ...

3. buy a Nav Hack Kit, i bought it for myself about 3 weeks ago, it is plug and play, and does not void warranty if you can remove it before taking your car to the service...maybe...maybe not....not guaranteed...
