Default Out of the club.....

Well, I sold my 2007 IS250 6MT to Carmax today, so I guess I'm out of the club. Except for the drive there and back, the process was amazingly easy and painless.

I have enjoyed my time on the forum. I'll be back if I get another Lexus someday.......

Just because you sold your IS doesn't mean you're out of the club.

You're still CL family. Do tell us what you got, and post pics.

I'd rather not say exactly, but it was roughly in line with the "Good" trade value on KBB.

Well, I'm moving soon, and going to need two cars. So, I'm going to get my fiancee what she wants (probably a new Element or xB) and then get myself something used, which I haven't decided on yet. Hopefully something cool in the $20K or less range......

While it was up for sale, I had a moderate amount of interest.

Thanks! I like this forum a lot, so I will probably still hang out here now and then.

I am going to be carless for at least the next few weeks....right now I'm driving a lovely 2006 rental Taurus.

I TOTALLY thought of your posts today when I was driving to Carmax....my "tank average" was over 30MPG for the first time.

Dangs! Are they that cheap now? I drove one a while back, and it was a blast.

I have a IS250 2007 and the dealer offered like 28k so I'm guessing Carmax would be a better deal. BTW this is my first post, might be joining a different section of this forum soon (LS460!!)
