Default Problem with hid fogs

Hey guys, I installed hid fogs on my lady's ride this past year and everything was perfect until this past week. When she shut off her car with the the headlights and fogs switch to off, the fogs lights just stay on. I tried unplug the battery source for the hid fogs and it did turn off. But once I power it on without the engine running, it turns on itself. I also tried pulling the fuse on the hid kit, and it did the same thing. Turned off with the fuse out and on with the fuse in.(car is off) Haven't checked the hid relay module yet, so I'm wondering is it the ballast or module? What else can I do to eliminate the problem. Thanks!

Found a old pic of the wiring harness for the fog kit:

Is there a way to replace the relay? I bought the kit new awhile back and have no trace of finding the exact replacement,

more then likely normal relay you can get at auto parts place. It looks like any normal bosch relay that are used in car alarms and stereo systems. just pull it and it will say what type of relay it is.

sounds like a relay stuck in the trigger position.
