Will an '08 ES350 Nav DVD work in an '07 IS250?

Okay nevermind, I was wrong, it doesnt remember what screen you were last on when you shut off the car and go back to it when you restart it. It starts up at the I Agree screen and then 5 seconds later it goes directly to map. It is however very nice not having to deal with that I Agree button anymore!

Ummm no. It's located behind the clock.

No, I opted to not do the hybrid nav disc. You can do one or the other but not both. Either you keep the '08 disc firmware and get the warning screen that goes away automatically after 5 seconds, or you use the '06 nav disc firmware and create the "hybrid" disc that you can do the up down up down bypass with but you have to still deal with the "I Agree" button.

Sorry, but I like to know how and what tools do you use to take out the face and add the dvd navigation DVD? thanks
