Hello everyone! As we all know, IS250/350 has a different overall diameter on front and rear due to different sidewall thickness of tires although it has same 18" size wheels. I wonder why Lexus did this, and personally I hate the uneven sidewall thickness and it makes front wheel look larger than rear due to thinner sidewall on front.

I know many of you went 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 to even that out and it looks better, but it makes the overall diameter off from the factory OD and odometer will be slightly off. I wanted to keep OD same as factory while making the sidewall thickness same. One solution is to get 18/19" in the front and 19/20" in the back.

Has any tried to put 18"front/19"rear or 19"fornt/20"rear? What do you think it would look?

18/19 should look good with stock height. Nissan Z and Acura NSX comes to mind with this set-up.

How much is average price to replace the tires for the front and rear? Have you guys changed them out yet?

It's better to buy used from this forum. I got a set- of X-PKG rims and tires for $1300 with only 3K miles on them.
