I love BMWs, but not the 3 series sedan.

 

What is your driving style?

I bought mine because it rode better and the seats were more comfortable.

My best liked the 330I because he is a "sprited" driver. he has the sport package seats and they are not comfortable for me because i have a back problem. The ride is little more choppier then the IS.

Both fun cars to drive!

 

Roads here in Boston are terrible too. The Lexus was pretty good.

I like to think I'm a sporty-driver. O

Oooh, I love the black and saddle brown interior. Shouldn't have shown me that pic as now I say BMW

 

I'm thinking too of getting the black/black IS too, not the black/cashmere...the leather was already showing some dirt at the dealership.

mee too. No way 3 series over an IS.
Personally, SGM is not my fav color.

 

Go with the Lexus! So your butt won't be warm. The black leather interior in the Lexus will heat up in the sun. LOL.

Once your maintenance deal expires with BMW, you're gonna pay out the a** for maintenance (Lexus might charge a lot, but BMW is higher). There's a lot more to go wrong with German made vs. Japanese made. Plus with Lexus you have the option to go thur Toyota for certain replacements (which is a cost saver)....as for BWM....no alternative.

 

BMW. Have an o8 with x-package and manual, but I miss heated seats. Take the BMW for that alone.

 

It's not SGM - it's black (with road salt all over it )

 

Stick with the Lexus, you won't be dissapointed. It has real leather as well. Also, the BMW will always be at the dealer for sensor issues and electrical.

 

If its the coupe your looking at hten get it, if not go with teh lexus. I personally think the sedans are ugly

 

have u test drove both cars? I did 330i (back then), G35 before my IS.....

I dont really need a "fast" car, but I want a manual car with luxury features.....

I picked lexus beause I like the "luxury" feel more than the BMW.......

 

I just submitted my offer. We'll see if they accept.
