How much is a 2006 IS250 AWD worth?

I'm in the market for a used IS250 AWD. Dealers want $29k for a 2006 AWD with Nav and Luxury package with 33000 miles. How much should I offer? The new one are selling very close to the invoice in my area, is it worth to save 6000 on a used one with 30000 miles? Thanks in advance guys.

The Retail price is right, but you should be able to negotiate for much less.

Private Party value is $26k, so with TTL, it should come out near $29k. Ask to see if you can get it for $28.5k OTD...

Thanks for the quick response. We have 5% sale tax here, so I should offer them $27000?
