I have a very similar setup...Fab Front, Toms Rear, but stock sides and spoiler...I had the Fab rear, but hated them b/c they didn't look like the prototype ones...

man, i love that lip, i super want the fab lip, cept i think imma run into some painting problems. i heard the process to match tungsten pearl is hard... but who cares, i drive a lexus, were ballin.
