Default IS250 door lock

I have a 2006 IS250. The door lock on the rear, drivers side door, does not lock or unlock electronically. I can lock it and unlock it from the inside (manually). I figure I will need to take it to Lexus for repair. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

that happend to me with the drivers side door a week into purchasing it. the fob would not lock my car and when that was fixed the drivers side door would not lock manually or electronically. i swear i thought i bought a lemon. the moon roof went out the second week and the side panel on the passenger side door delaminated in the first month as well. it's been a year now but 2 other incidents happend within the first 3 months of owning my car and i was bound to turn it in for something else.

There is a Lexus Personal Setting for the door locks, that might be what is causing this issue. The dealer will fix this quickly, so no worries.
