First time it has happened.. my mom notified me that the touch screen wasn't working since she's driving my car this week and i've been driving my bro's 335i.. i checked it out and the left button were working for the Climate and Audio, but can't use the touch screen.. other buttons on the right aren't working.. looks like i'll be making an appointment to Longo first thing in the morning.. has this happened to anyone else? i searched but found nothing..

 

I think this is the first time i heard of the touch screen not working. The best thing to do is take it to a dealership and have it fixed under warranty.

 

yea.. just scheduled it and can't leave the car until next Friday the earliest

 

I hope you didnt play with the Nav system internally. Once when I was doing the temporary "hack" (so you can enter an address while moving) it froze for a couple of minutes and came back to normal.

haha...vip foooo, it was weird cause i completely lied to the guy at the booth. my car was stock and i was like yeah i got a completely blacked out Silver IS. with alot of black accenting, on diamond black maya's and i have nitto 555's, i had NO mods on the car except redouts, just completely talking out of my ***. and lo and behold, 6 months later--my car is exactly what i told him--even though i had no plan of ever going this route. i always tell this story to people, it is very strange. i just really wanted that NITTO vanity plate. my initial plan was to get brushed aluminum DPE's with toyo t1r's and just leave the redouts. kind of weird how things work out. now i drive this:
