Arrow Applying red outs, quick question

Hey guys, i got my redouts today, and was wondering if I should apply it now. It's still pretty cold here, even with my car parked in the underground garage. I remember some people said that you shouldn't do it until it's a bit warmer, what do you guys think? thanks

You can install it with the wet method and use a hair dryer to dry it and to make sure its smooth and is stuck to the housing.
