I wanted a few things witht eh upgrade package, but $6K. Not with a new born. I wanted heated seats and ML mostly, but some of the other things are just toys to me.

I wont even start about how pissd I am that I couldn't get ML and heated seats. still fires me up.

I order mine with nav and its worth it, much cleaner look than having to add on smething, and make sure you get the ml audio, you can hack easily and watch movie's

I wish I had it; but didnt have the money, nor would I have waited--I needed a car asap. Until my next car, my memory and google maps does a great job.
