Traveled to Greece the other day and what was one of the first things I spotted in traffic? A black IS250 driving in from the airport. Also ended up seeing a metallic Grey IS250 identical to my IS350 yesterday in central Athens and an old IS200 down the street from my aunt's home where I'm staying.

My cousin told me that they are becoming popular among the people who can afford one but still much rarer than the high end BMWs, Mercedes, Audis and even Porsches here - which are pretty common.

I've been told that IS350s are here as well but haven't seen one yet.

I'm looking into seeing if any Japan-specific accessories may be available here that are hard to get in the US but no dice yet - the Lexus dealer is on the opposite side of Athens from me (I'm in Elleniko) but I might try and take a trip over there once I get back from the islands late next week. Supposedly the dealer is just a dealer and refers service out to specific shops.
