That is probably true everywhere. That is why I showed dated pics from the day after and two weeks later of the road still not fixed. it says this to be a disclaimer in the claiments form. It pays to be more thorough in these matters. Typically, their is a 80% payout on claims.

Well, I got my tire replaced today. I went to my local tire place that I have gone to for years but they didn't have the tire in stock and said that their distributor has it on back order. So I just went to the dealership. Cost $219 plus tax. At least I got a loaner car out of it and I'll be picking up my IS250 tomorrow. I never drove an ES350 before so at least I'll be able to test drive one for 24 hours....

Bubbles are the worst - I tried to ignore one and watched it get bigger every day.

Sometimes you can get lucky at the dealer but i think this is more on your relationship with them. The dealers around here are known for keeping the OEM rims if they put after market or do a change out. Those rims are now free to the dealer and they will sell them again. I had them replace a few TL rims back in the day and it cost me nothing and them. But i am close friends with them so i was fortunate.

It never hurts to ask. IF they dont have anything then i would use Discount tire from my personal experience with them.

He actual called the cops to have the incident documented and have the lane close so other will not get the same damage. His excuse was it is a safety hazard since people will try to avoid it and this may cause an accident. Yes, they did reimburse him back because if they did not, he was going to court and sue the city. They are suppose to maintain the roads and we as tax payer already pay for this.
true lol were in the country where if u say HI and someone dosnt like it they SUE YOUR @$$... y not for a pothole lol...
