Sounds like the detailer removed the film and then may have directly sprayed adhesive remover on the lens...

That will cause the head or fog light lenses to crack & spider web so to speak..

I learned of this issue through the years of knowing AeroTect..

Sorry for the bad news and hope you get it fixed soon!!
