Some info.
VDIM uses an active control strategy that takes signals from the steering angle, yaw rate, deceleration, brake pressure, brake pedal stroke, wheel speed and other sensors. Their signals are used individually by the various safety systems but collectively by VDIM. These signals are processed faster by the VDIM computer’s special (proprietary) software and control is actuated before the vehicle exceeds its movement threshold. It also influences the variable gear ratio steering. With VDIM interaction, the amount of assist can be instantly varied.

Yowza - that is major. Glad you're alive. I KNEW there was a justification I could have used to convince myself to pony up for a 350....oh well. That last pic is umm....gross.
