Default CB Antennas anybody?

I know this may be a horrible question to ask but here it goes.
I'm purchasing a police/nascar/weather scanner, however the reception for channel 19 (CB radio) won't be that great with the hand held unit. So I'm thinking about getting a CB radio in which case I may need an antenna, would there be a way to retrofit something to the shark fin on the car? or does anybody know where to get a decent not to grotesque and huge cb antenna?

I wish I was kidding, I'm pretty much stuck between two choices:
Uniden BCD3967 - which is the handheld unit, I'll need a cb radio for decent reception.
or the Uniden BCT15 - mobile unit, gets cb, comes with tiny antenna

and since I'm def not putting some huge floppy antenna on my car just to get CB I'm probably going to have to get the BCT15.
Does not anybody else on the forum have a scanner? This one and many others can connect right into your GPS to make it work 1000x times better, as long as the Lexus navi has a serial output capable of outputting standard NMEA sentences GGA and RMC.
They're especially great for long road trips since truckers always announce the location of police clocking people.

CB radio is better than cell phone...

In CA, you can "legally" use it while you drive (w/o a handsfree device).....

roger roger, what's our vector victor?

I have a hand held scanner, but I use it for monitoring air to ground frequencies.
