Default New vibration/rattle from the rear window speaker area

I seem to have developed a new rattle in my read speaker/sub compartment. It only happens when my car has been parked outside and things get heated up, and it's crazy noisy...
anyone else have a problem like this?

yup. thats a common issue, along with the dash rattle and instrument cluster creak. as far as options, you can either take it in to the dealer and let them try to fix it, fix it yourself with 3m wet type silicone lubricating spray, or just turn the music up.

YES I HAVE THAT TOO!!! so annoying!! i also agree when the car has been parked under the sun and heated up, the rattles begins. I dunno where exactly it is but it shld be te rear speaker area or maybe the seat headrest??

I tried lowering the sear headrest n it doesn't help.

Fron passenger speaker area/door panel area also rattles. damn this car.

Any TSIB for both of this rattles?

the only rattle tsib out so far is for the dash rattle. from what i've heard, the rear windshield rattle is caused by some clips that were used to keep the glass in place while the windshield seal material set. those clips then either get loose or break, causing the rattle. correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe the dealer just replaces those clips, so the rattle could potentially return.

i've also got a rattle in my driver side passenger door. when it gets hot enough, the stereo will cause my front passenger door to buzz as well. most moonroof rattles were fixed by people just lubricating the seals. the seal between the car roof and the moonroof glass is so tight that any small bit of movement makes a loud noise. on a hot day, if you sit in your car after its been out under the sun for an hour or two, you can actually hear the moonroof seal moving against the roof as both expand at different rates. it sounds like small muffled explosions in the car.

I took mine in this morning for the rear deck rattle. They told me it was plastic clips that are part of the window. The 08's have felt on the plastic clips. They took some OEM felt and wraped the clips and noise went away.
Going back next week for the Nav rattle. Dealer had to order new/updated clips for the Nav.

I got some rattle in the rear of the passenger side. It sound like a "click" when i go over bumps. It's very annyoing when the music is off because you can totally hear it. I'll take mine to LExus of WEstminster and let them check it out.

I had a rattle in the rear of my car (sounds coming from the rear speaker rear window area). It is a clicking noise that started just happening when going over bumps, then now it is happening either all the time while driving, or not at all. Very annoying. I am dropping my car off at dealer tomorrow for oil change, and I told them to check out that noise!

I notice the rattle coming from the rear when the car was parked outside for several hours on a hot day... I figure it was the heat that caused this and I just turned up the music vol up and blast the a/c!!! Sounds like covering up the clips w/ the felt will fix this issue. I'll have that on my to do list for the dealership on my next service visit.

N e body else notice a little squeaking coming from the headrest. I usually have to squeeze it now a then to get rid of it... that's becoming a nuisance
