3) If you already have a 2IS wing installed that was drilled in, you can forget putting one of these ON, unless you plan on filling in the holes on your trunk lid and re-painting since, the 2IS trunk wing bolt holes are on the facade of the trunk.

4) These wings ONLY come pre-painted in the available 6 IS-F colors..
If you want it for any other color non IS-F specific, you have to get it repainted..

I think that covers it..

Thanks for the detailed answer, a lot more than I expected. I'm not too worried about the color since my car is Obsidian and it's one fo the choices. Too bad it has bolts, how difficult is it to cut these bolts? Is it something I can do myself or is it much better to get it professionally done?

i put on my IS wing without drilling the holes. i just used the double sided tape that it comes with but i might have to redo it since the tape is starting to lift.

id just cut off the ISF's bolts and double side tape it on

I agree. I like the isx50 spoiler better on my car because that's the spoiler it came with. Unless of course I had the ISF, then I would be ok on having the ISF spoiler on there, but still would prefer the isx50 spoiler overall.

yea it seems like its too much trouble to go through for a spoiler. if u want one that looks alot like the is-F, check out the TOMS or thevertex digna spoiler.
My personal opinion: wald makes the nicest spoiler

Its no more trouble than buying a regular 2IS spoiler

I heard the part number is up a running, but part is currently not available, here in the US anyways..

Actually, it is more trouble. The spoiler doesn't come with any installation instructions, and must also be painted if you don't have an IS-F colored car.

Well I guess none of those issues apply to me...

I actually posted important info on this, in here yesterday. (post#15)

Installation on this will be easier than the 2IS spoiler.. It sits on the top side...
