I was wondering if somebody offers a new shifter assembly or at least a new **** that looks decent for the 6MT IS250. I hate the way the damn reverse mechanism looks, and I was wondering if there was any options out there that would clean up the look of the shifter assembly or at least give me a decent looking shift ****. I have done a few searches on here and Google and came up with nothing at all. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yeah, I just didn't know if a company offered a whole new assembly that was shorter and still retained the collar. The throws are so long on the IS250. I drove a 350Z with a short shifter for two years before this car, and when I test drove the Lexus it seemed so long, like my 1991 Mazda 626. I mean, the shifter assembly I had came up to the bottom of the collar in that pic above, so you can see my frustration here. I am looking for something more precise feeling. So a **** is the only option huh?

Alternative (Not yet available):
F-Sport Quick Shifter
Engineered and machined from billet aluminum, the F-Sport Quick Shifter decreases shift throw by approximately 30% for positive shifting.
