parked my car in underground of a grocery store getting some food, when i walked out, this couple walked around my car, kept on walking, and as they kept on walking, they kept turning back and look, till i arrived! lol, and they looked once more (this is when i have the kit on, can't wait for the rims)

there are a lot in GTA now... but if ur car is washed and clean... u get some heads, but i wana put body kit and rims... and then see what is gonna happen!!! not jokin my CIVIC, used to get more looks but it was from cops only and they used to pull me over... lol and give me a juicy ticket for everything

Not so much attention here in socal unless you drive an IS-F. 250 and 350 are too common now, but not so much compare to the accord and camry.

when i got my car in the spring of 06 everyones head turned here, especially at my old job. at that point nobody around the philadelphia area had this car and it was oh sooo sweet. now im seeing one or two a day but none are modded in the area (saw an is-f today finally but it was on a trailer being delivered to lexus of chester springs). hopefully once i get my new wheels and springs installed heads will start turning again, haha!!!

Heres a story,

The other day i was giving my friend a ride, were both 40 and we were in bumper to bumper traffic going about 10mph, we came up on this bus stop and there was this girl about 13-15yrs old and she was just staring hard at the car, my friend says 'look the young tuna checking out the car', after we pass the bus stop we rode on in silence for about 10sec, then my friend says... 'i gotta get me one of these...' and i said... 'yep'

Why would this kinda of car command any respect. It is a $35,000 car. Not like it is a Porsche GT2 or Lamborghini LP640. I mean these cars are as common as anything else out there. I am not saying it isn't a great car for the money, that is why I bought one, but to think the car is commanding respect is kinda iffy. I don't see this car getting much attention unless it is from the younger crowd, but anyone over 20 or 21 should be at a point in life where they have bigger things to worry about.

IS's are everywhere here, primarily 250s though...most of the time it's only the 250's that look at me...as I pass them by haha.

i probably see 5-10 IS on a daily basis, nothiing special i guess around here. But the IS-F i have yet to see in socal yet.
