w/e lip it is, it's either the whole bumper or the person molded the front lip.

Look again... check out the fog light vents. They're different.

Its a element front bumper/lip. Check the FAQ for the aftermarket body kits w/ pictures and find the Element section

nice front..but the rear is ok...
this front might go better with either Ings or Wald rear...
