Smile Cudos to LEXUS of SARASOTA

Last week my power steering went out. had it towed to dealership and while it was there had some other problems addressed. dealership is fantastic, and my car is perfect again. here's what they did... btw it's a 07 250 w/ 17k miles

power steering - replaced power steering rack, link assembly, elect.

rear view mirror vibration - replaced rear view mirror TSIB NV006-07

Pop noise pulling into/out of driveways - removed headliner and roadtested to find problem. R&R moonroof and added padding b/t roof housing and roof at bolts.

headliner did not reinstall properly, so they ordered a new one and installed it. this was with out my suggestion, and i must admit the new headliner is a much better fit all the way around.

whatever they did to moonroof also fixed the excessive wind noise at highway speeds.

this dealership and especially the SA went way above and beyond for me and i am very appreciative. LEXUS SERVICE ROCKS!!!

Larry Losey was the SA. yea, i saw the neiman marcus is-f when it was in the showroom. an elderly lady bought it from the catalog. it will be back soon for sale. it was way too much car for her. i got dibs on it when it comes back on the market. it was sweet. all tricked out...

I've have always received great service there. About a year ago they replaced my drivers seat for me (under warranty), Lexus of Tampa just tightened the bolts on two separate occasions and said it was fine.
