21.5 mpg 100% city, for 100% highway around 27.5ish. And yes I am driving a 350. Houstons city traffic on my route to work is pretty clear but still a lot of stops.

My biggest piece of advice to anyone wanting to improve mileage is to use the Current MPG display on the gauge cluster, you will quickly learn by noticing the bar go up and down what are good and bad driving techniques in regards to mpg. Make it a game to maximize the mileage by developing a driving technique using that display. I do many other things like coasting to red lights, I try to minimize the use of my brakes by keeping space b/t the car in front of me.

I get around 20 mpg with 90% city, 10% freeway driving. During a roadtrip with the majority of freeway driving, I got 27 mpg averaging 80 mph. btw, I have the is350

Went from Melbourne to Tampa yesterday - ran at the speed limit (65-70 - for once) got 31.0 mpg.

When I drive normally, about 5-10 over the speed limit, I average about 27 so its a nice gain if I choose to drive that way.

City is about 23mpg.

Photographic evidence....still consistently 30-40 degree weather here in boston, so its not at its peak....best I see in the summer is around 402-405 miles to empty

after my fillup, took my 32 mile drive to work. 10 miles back roads, 22 highway. Tank average was 31.8. doing about 70 the whole way.

'07 IS350

• 23.8 MPG blended (100% city weekdays, 40 mile hwy trip each weekend to kid's gymnastics lessons, which brings up the MPG a tad from the city MPG, below)

• 22.1 MPG 100% city (22 mile round trip work commute in Las Vegas, medium density traffic)

Have not taken a long road trip yet, but the IS350 can get very good MPG on the highway if you're just loafing along at 70MPH and not jockeying about, passing, etc. Low 30s on the flat terrain of the Nevada desert.

I also have a ScangaugeII for monitoring MPG, looking for 'sweet spots' for MPG, etc., but that does not mean I can't destroy my MPG by a few days of spirited driving Otherwise, I am a very mild driver on my commute. Just crusing along, enjoying my car.

IS350 before when I was commuting with my car to brooklyn 80% city driving, i was avg about 23-24 per tank, and 23.2 max for life of car.

but now I stopped commuting with my car and only use it weekends, where I don't give a crap about mpg cuz I just want to enjoy my 350 finally

it's down to about 21.3 now for life of car.

Because of my fear of brake dust, I avoid breaking as much as I could lol.

That results me in timing my throttle control base on the traffic patterns a lot, and me doing about 90% suburbia city ish roads and 10% highway with combined average of 25mpg

Could it be that the AWD takes a toll on the mileage. I average about 20 mpg in a suburban type of driving 75-35, highway, hills, curves. I also don't have a lot of miles on the car (less than 2000) so maybe it'll improve???

hmm I do about 100% city and avg about 17-20 mpg pending on how I drive.

I would say I go through about 274-300 miles per full tank, the variance is calcuated when I do more highway driving of that week.
