LX-mode chrome handles
PICS BELOW!!!!
I know some of y'all aren't big fans of chrome, but I figured I'd post some pics of my newly installed LX-mode chrome handles.
First off, HUGE thanks to my evil twin (you know who you are ), who was EXTREMELY helpful in answering my questions about the handles. Simply put: without your help, I wouldn't have bought them.
Also, big thanks to Mark at Prestigious Society. He is an EXCELLENT vendor: great communication, very professional, good prices, quick shipping, etc. Also, Mark already had them on order, which meant only about a 2 week wait (I hate waiting 1 week for parts, let alone 8 weeks...so this was a HUGE plus. I don't think I would have gotten them if it was an 8 week wait)
Now, some insight: I really felt like something was needed to break up the monotony of the doors. Pin-stripe would have worked, but I couldn't get over it going through the gas door. So, these were pretty much the only other option.
In the end, it did exactly what I wanted it to, which was break up the monotony on the side of the car. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but the "cost per visual change" ratio is really no different than a spoiler.
Now....onto the pics.
PS: lowering is not an option.
