yikes E, how'd they do that?

and I replace the fluids on my brakes every spring cuz I like to take my car down the twisties whenever I can. I don't like the idea of ANY water building up in my lines.

I still don't know? It looked like they tried to clean my front seat with Ajax or something harsh? Why did my front seat need to be cleaned in the first place? I am the only person that rides in my car. Keep in mind my local Lexus dealership also shares the service lot with GMC, Pontiac, Saturn, and Buick.

I'm about do go in for my 15K service and I just called the dealer for pricing and the said $361? Is that a good price.

The 10K only cost half of that.

What did you guys get done for your 15K service?

Yikes! I wouldn't have any faith in that dealership. I'm assuming that you've used them before since it is a 15,000 mile service. I would definitely find out what happened. It seems to me that if they finally come back to you they're going to make an effort to "make it up to you". Either they're new at it, or just very disorganized. There are cases when things are beyond their control, such as the whole computer system or phone system going down. It'll be interesting to find out what happens.

I just did an oil change during my 15k at the dealer. I replaced the air filters myself.

15k "service" is a ripoff. and anything more than $150 is a shaft. All they do is inspect the car and change the oil and maybe filters. Can't rotate the tires.

I looked at the maintanence schedule for the car...they dont even tell you to replace the engine air filter at 15k. It is an inspect item. I replaced my filter myself anyway since it was dirty compared to the new one i had in my hand.
