Those of you who have dropped the car...
How, if any, has the ride suffered? I am starting to seriously consider this move, only if I can find a set up that has no effect on the ride or warranty. The wheel gap is driving me nuts and I am not getting used to it one bit. Not looking to spend a fortune either. TIA.

I installed Eibach Pro-Kit springs and i dont think my ride has suffered much at all. Its a bit stiffer than it was before, but nothing major. As far as warranty goes, you can purcahse the new F-Sport springs from Lexus, and have them installed at your local dealer, and you will retain all of your factory warranty.

Anytime you lower the car its going to affect the ride, period. There are no magical springs. I have the Eibach installed and the ride became noticeably stiffer but not bad by any means. I came from an EVO on track coilovers so a little stiffness to me in the Lexus feels like nothing. However, Im sure some ladies here might complain about the stiffness. Either way, the looks alone are worth it. Dont worry about warranty. What are the chances your suspension is going to break or go bad.. pretty much non existent.

I got the Eibach prokit springs. including install it was like $250. the drop is perfect and ride has not suffered at all. The warranty thing is the only issue...having after market springs will void the warranty on something such as the stock shocks. a lower car on the stock shocks will inevitably wear the shocks out sooner. however, the Eibachs are supposedly designed to work with the stock shocks and shouldnt increase wear that much.
