....just try to remember how long is the front, and just stop it when you almost hit it.it takes time to remember...i always need to stop 2 times because i was too far from the curb( stop too early)
Anyways, so I was wondering if all you other 2ISers regularly scrape your front lip when parking and don't even care anymore, or if you've managed to avoid doing it so far...???
Regularly? No, since I usually back into parking spaces. However, some months ago I was in a tight lot and didn't have the luxury of reversing in, and as I was parked on a hill when the car came to settle I scraped the stock lip pretty good. I ended up purchasing the OEM lower lip as a result, which ended up working more to my liking, anyway.
If you have Ings front lip, it's a guarantee to scrape even at stock high. Just try to be a little more cautious when front parking and avoid crack/damage the lip. I agree with others, the scratches on the bottom are just fine.
i scrape every day. once maybe twice every morning . its part of my morning routine pulling out of my drive way haha. as long as u aint bottoming out who cares
My ING's front just got scrapage last week, was going like at 40km/h, bumppy road #$%@ up the bottem of the front lip. still **** at myself y didn't I go slower. (lucky is not crack)
