Default A little help for a little fuse

I'm adding a 12v plug I got a radio shack to hardwire my gps mounted on the upper center vent. The 12v plug will go in the glovebox and I'll run the wire down to the fuse box under the passengers side and use the cig lighter fuse to make it switched.
I"m using this to make the connection to the fuse box http://www.amazon.com/Littelfuse-FHA.../dp/B0002BGELQ
Problem is that it's not drawing any power to run the gps even though the cig lighter plug is. I have the red wire connected to the add-a-circuit.
What am I doing wrong?
