You know why I hate DIY... (The D4S vs D4C dilemma answered, with pics!!!)
So, I ordered D4S bulbs online. It took a week for them to arrive.
Then it takes me 3 weeks to find the time to install them. I go to the store to find gloves so that I can install it; I posted a request for pics to do it; I asked for help (unfortunately, no one is available whenever I am free); and then I take apart my engine bay which I hate doing because I don't know the ****tiest thing about DIY. The engine covers, wiper fluid container, and airbox are all over the garage floor.
Then I realize that they sent me D2C bulbs...
So, it's been over a month, and I have yet to change my HID bulbs from 4300k to 6000k.
Thank you for listening.

That's painful. That's why when I lived in Mexico, I made sure everything got shipped to my parent's place in DC and they checked out what was sent, even sending me photos before sending things down. But even then doing some of the DIYs I have even posted over in the RX300 forum have been major murder for my cousins, uncle and me.
A buddy of mine had to have a door window sent once for his Mazda RX7 while he was in Mexico (no RX7s down there) and they ended up sending him the wrong side window. You can imagine the anger.

Theres nothing worse than going thru all the steps just to realize you have the wrong parts. I did a bunch of mods to my old car and I hated doing each and everyone of them. Not because of the end result but because of all the BS that goes with it. Thats why with this car I havent done much, just the lighted "lexus" sills and the xm radio. Any time I do a DIY project I like videos instead of just pictures cause when you get into the project theres always a time when youre gonna say this dont make any damn sense!! Whos the retard that wrote these directions!! Plus I always seem to break or scratch something

That sucks Phil - I feel your pain.
I've got F-sport lowering springs, plasmaglow fogs, black pearl bades, and some XDepot 8000K bulbs that are just sitting around waiting for a lazy Sunday. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I'm having many of those.
I think I am going to stop by Dynamic Auto one of these days.

I just ordered a K&N Filter in 3.5"...... so it came in about 3 weeks ago.
Since i am busy, i did not even bother to open the box until i have time.
Once when I was about to swap the air filter.. they sent me one in 4.5". WTF am i suppose to do with that? emailed the seller, no response. So i just filed a complaint with Paypal.
sux.
