Hi all,
Please post any pics that you have of a black IS with a carbon fiber hood. I've been going back-and-forth about this mod for awhile, and some visuals would help.

For those with CF hoods, any experiences you would like to share would be appreciated.

Thanks for the pics, Javy & t0e! I agree - it looks awesome (I especially like the first pic where you can see Javy's car in the reflection).

t0e - Any comments on fitment, install, etc? I'm assuming that it's a Seibon.

When I had my Seibon hood, the fitment was fine. I don't think t0e's hood is a Seibon, if memory serves.

Who's white car is that??? My car doesn't look anything like that!

Guys.

The Fitment on this hood is just about perfect.

I bought this hood from LMS, back when DDQUACH used to work there.

At first, I didn't want it, but Doug finally convinced me to buy it.

And, I actually ended up liking it, and still glad I have it.

The only problem I noticed with CF hoods, is that they turn yellow, I dont
know why.

Mine has not turned yellow, I would think because it never sits out in the son.

I don't think LMS sells these anymore. They only had a few.
