Car doesn't move unless I step on the accelerator (on flat surface)

I didn't really care for the 80 miles they put on it because I expected them to test drive the car in order to figure out what was wrong with it...but just last night I noticed that my rear-right wheel is damaged and scratched. I bet when they were test driving my car and they made a tight right turn and hit the curb or something. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm going back tomorrow to complain about this...but I'm afraid they may not accept my case because I didn't check thoroughly at the time I picked up the car ![Frown](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)

I like your first idea better than your second. Why do something that might hamper the dealer's ability to diagnose the condition? If you've lost confidence in your dealer's service department, your warranty is good at any Lexus dealer, and there is certainly no shortage of them in your state.

My 250 does the same thing. It also happens when I'm moving at low speeds without applying the throttle then gently applying it to start moving again (i.e california stop). It almost feels like the torque converter just locks and unlocks and doesn't ease the gear in like a slushbox should. Oddly, I find that using ECT power eliminates the problem while normal mode is the worst and snow mildly helps.
