They are lightweight therefore you will not need to replace the factory trunk springs..

No but if you are not worried that its a replica then you are fine! I have purchased these for other cars in the past and never could tell the difference. I have the OEM spoiler on my car so I couldn't tell you.

This is true. some require you to change the springs from OEM. This is not an uncommon thing. You will tell the difference if you don't upgrade the springs.

hahah, ya i saw the same thing....i think they used a generic spoiler description.

it says it comes with bolts, wonder if i can just use 3m tape...

I was about to buy one from ebay but the OEM from Sewell is only like $50 more and you save the headache if the seller decided to screw you.

I got my spoiler from him, the paint was right on and had no problems with it at all....i too was skeptical but it turned out great. def recommended

The one I ordered from Sewell came warped, and I didn't notice it until a week later the ends started to stick up. but a wreck fixed that when the body shop put a new one on when they bought the new trunk lid. but check it out reall good if you do order one from there.
