I originally wanted Crystal White, but could not find one without the tan interior, so I went with my second choice TP. After two years of ownership I am very happy with my decision. It's so easy to keep clean. The best thing about my TP IS is the "3" in front of the "50"

My first choice was white as well but they didn't have any more left and so I settled on Tungsten. It's a great colour and it's the colour most frequently used for IS ads in the newspaper around here so it's nice seeing a similar car to mine every so often in the paper

I almost went w/ TP instead of Obsidian. I decided on Obsidian because the dealer ordered one w/ navigation that I could obtain w/ in one week. Plus my neighbor's black colored car always looked sooo beautiful went it was clean. But now that I have Obsidian, I wish I had TP to hide the dirt.

I personally can't see that color appealing to anyone under the age of say 60. So far my dealer has given me two different golden almond ES350 loaners (they reeealy don't like me), but lo and behold there's a girl at my work in her early 20's that thinks it's the bees knee's.

Silver out numbers any other colors on the road, I don't want to buy a silver car since they look the same when it's clean and dirty, which makes me don't want to wash the car. I love black cars and I've owned 3 black cars in the past but they're so hard to be taken care of, swirl marks everywhere don't matter how often I wash it.
so now he can fit in with all them other tls.
i told him to be unique and get something different from the other TL's on acurazine

Is it me, but if you look at the picture with the BMW silver and the Lexus Tsungten Pearl, it looks as if the bmw has more "metallic" in the paint? Its like different.
Theres a new silver coming out, i think its called the Mercury Metallic (its on the lexus website), and I think its the only one you can get for the IS F

This would have been my third choice in color... was going for SMG, but they didn't have the options and interior color I wanted, so ended up with obsidian... and ending up spending alot of time and money repairing paint damage >.<
