Flatline replied me within 48 hrs. He replied both email (flatlinegraphix@aol.com) and personal messaging on my.is (Flatline IS). Here is what he sent me:

"CALIPER DECALS:
Set contains 4 LEXUS logo decals (2front 2 rear). Custom decals can be special ordered for an additional cost.
Colors For Caliper Decals: Part #: 2GIS3B (IS350) 2GISFB (IS350, IS-F style) 2GIS25B (IS250)
Red
White

Black
Brushed Aluminum
Graphite
Carbon Fiber Look
Chrome
Gold
Silver
Yellow"

The IS-F style refers to the circle "L" logo with the "Lexus" text.
