Default New shoes and springs!!!!

Well after much debate here at the shop I was talked into dropping the IS and putting some rims on to dress it up a bit. Sorry for the nasty pictures I'll post some better ones up later. A very very big thanks to MrMark for the overnighted RM springs and to the local vendor of Nad rims here in Wa. for the rims on such short notice and after a size snafu!!!

dude you have any rubbing issues? Im getting my RM springs soon and want to know if 20's will rub. Right now I am looking at 19s but if 20s dont rub at all, I will definitely get them.

I get a SUPER small amount of rub with 2 people in the car only at one point with the wheels turned at slow speed other than that they are rub free. I'm gonna put it on the rack tomorrow and see where the issue lies.

HAHAHA!!! No vibes at all. The wheel and tire setup is about an inch taller than the factory 17s and the springs dropped the car 2". I think I'm good for the time being seeing as I didnt even want to drop the car to begin with. However I can tell you the RM springs made this car MUCH more like a Euro sedan which is what I think it was missing all along IMO. I do not feel as detached from the road anymore, very well engineered!!!!

nice lol. dont forget to get an alignment in like 2 months after the springs settle. I cant wait for mine lol but I will still have my stock 17s for a while as I have other mods and might keep rims for next early spring / xmas present to myself.

Those chrome wheels look great on your black vehicle. I love the drop as well.

We do the toe here right after to make sure the vehicle will track straight and the wheel will be straight, then we follow it up after a few months. In all reality its usually only off a small amount a few months after a spring install...

NICE! I like seeing different wheels used when people post. The drop is fine...I wouldn't suggest like others to drop it more. 2" looks about right.

K5KRAZIE....drop looks fantastic.

Glad you like the springs....and they arrived faster than even I expected. You'll really enjoy the ride and handling with the RM's.

Thanks for post !!!!
