same thing happened to me and i swear i was going to cry. i hit a dip so hard that my bumper popped off and i completely scratched my front lip. then to make things worse i heard the LOUDEST squeak coming from underneath my car. it sounded like if i drove it for even a mile it would explode. basically i took it to the dealer and played dumb, they fixed it free of charge.

shoot i knew i forgot to tell you not to tell them the whole story.... sorry about that. i was thinking about it while working. your best bet now is to find a different dealership.
