Accident :(

LOL Well, I am debating on what car to buy.
G37 Coupe, BMW 328i Coupe, IS350(?)
I mean, I love the IS but not too sure about driving the same car after that horrifying accident... Well, first off, I need to find out how much and how long it takes for them to sent the funds, etc. I am still newb to all these processes....
I will keep everyone posted again~

You know, I never thought about that, but I'm not sure I would want to drive the same car after an accident that bad either. Every time you step in the car, you have to wonder if you'll have memories of that accident. Thankfully there wasn't a great deal of bodily harm.

well they said its a total loss then in about less then a week you get a check or maybe overnight when you sign your car off to them so they can sell it at auctions for junkyard. Make sure you don't get shorthand on your aftermaket parts. They will most likely underestimate it. If you have receipts of purchases this makes it easier and also any work done within 3 months gets credit for you so find them receipts.

First off, I'm glad your OK. Second, I'm glad that the IS is a car that can be totaled and still walk away from it. I'll tell you what, If I get in a wreck that bad I sure hope I'm as lucky as you.
I would say go for the BMW 335i or the IS350. If the choice was between the 328i and the 350 go for the IS. I know the 335i is more expensive but way better over the 328i. The G37 looks like it is too high off the ground stock, I have yet to see one with a drop or a body kit that makes it look better. But the sedan looks way better!

Personally, I think some (if not most) of what a chiropractor promises is quack, but after an incident like that, it may be a good idea to go see one. A big chunk of a chiroquack's business is "treatment" of accident victims. They're tuned more to "quality of life" issues than, for example, an emergency room that may not care as much as long as the limbs aren't about to fall off. It never hurts to document a list of hurts so you can get compensated if the Pathfinder's insurance comes through (if the car's not stolen, that is). If not, you can always claim against your own uninsured driver coverage.

Glad to hear you're ok. For what it's worth. Back in 2006 I was in an accident in my 02' IS300 (RIP). Walked away without a scratch. About a month later... I ended up with an 06' IS350. Great car! But, last November we added a 335 convertible to the family and it's a whole different animal. As Gr8Dane stated 328 vs IS350 I would lean more towards the IS...unless the 335 is in the running (LOL). Keep us updated.
