If you did black chrome or something - it's too "loud" for this dark color. Then again, I'm the guy who wants chrome rims on his BSP so what do I know?
Lexus' are luxury cars ..... I don't think they look good with extra chrome, this includes grilles and wheels. It's a highly subjective thing, if you like it that is what is important. But luxury to me means understated, and chrome says the opposite. There is really little we can do to tart up the front end of our cars; different color lights, overlays, etc. Most grille treatments, including blacking them out, don't improve the stock look, imo. I put a RaceMesh grille on the lower opening because I didn't like the black gaping opening on the stock setup. But it doesn't stand out, just adds a bit of texture to the front, and it looks like it belongs. Some like it, some don't. It's all personal on how you feel about it.
I actually like this. I have to agree with Evitzee that this flows with the car. I wonder what it would look like painted BLK along with the front upper grill?
