Does anybody know of a DRL 9005 halogen bulb that illuminates a white-purple color? I'm looking for a non-LED DRL solution because I don't want to sacrifice the high-beam.
I've been looking at some PIAAs on ebay but I don't know if they are purplish when lit up. I like the ones that have the purplish coating on the glass.
Please help. Thanks!
Btw, I'm currently using:
Lowbeams: Stock HID
Parking lights: cheapy LEDs
Foglight: Nokya yellow
DRL: Stock (But changing soon)

wow it looks really nice thats the set up i was thinking about getting but just wasnt sure...im also thinking about getting piaa intense white for my drls so well see...also i wanted to ask u do the fogs match with the hids of the headlights i heard from a lot of people that they never really match with the stock hids

What brand of LED's did you use for your drl's? And when you actually turn your high beams on, does it give any amount of light (I know I'm not expecting much but just wondering)

Retrofitted headlights:
SC430 projectors with E30 clear lenses spaced for purple/blue cutoff: modded 4300k d4s bulbs to fit into projectors.
Fogs: philips d2s 4300k rebased 9006
Parking lights: piaa 4300k
DRL: OEM
The nice color flickering, purple/blue/green/white
Much wider beam and sharper, more colorful cut off then OEM. It is actually a lot brighter too.
