F-Sport with manual

i have the quick shifter and its noticeable difference. Such an improvement on the throw. Its really just snaps right in at the flick of a wrist. You'll notice its a little stiffer than before but it smooths out later and you get use to it...I experienced this with other aftermarket short shifters so it was too much of a surprise.
as for the clutch, i don't know if anyone here has gotten theirs replaced yet or changed out but i can guess that it will be less spongy than it is now and will catch better when you slam it down when aggressively driving.

The clutch is something that differs from car to car. I have chosen to keep mine because it's really not worth the investment for me. My clutch has a very gradual clutch point that runs about 1/4-1/3 of my travel. From what I've heard of other owners, this is somewhat unusual, but it allows me to delicately control my transmission. I would expect the F-Sport clutch to be stiffer and quicker. YMMV.
