our engines our fugly, despite the engine cover having other functions like keeping the noice down, for me its there to make the engine bay look some what pretty. If you dont like it you can paint it, ive seen many car withcool engine cover paint jobs
The IS350 engine covers are nice, our IS300 isn't that much. but I don't really care, it looks good actually. even though if it's ugly, its just the engine look.
thanks for the replys..i thought i was the only one that didn't really like it and it sounds like our engines don't look that nice anyways compared to like 2JZ or VTEC motors..
err... keep the cover on... our engines are... UGLY~!!!
agreed but so is the cover so its 6 of one and half a dozen of the other...plus engine noise will increase outside the car and inside slightly as well.
