Default Denied warranty for wind visors.

i went to lexus today bc my driver window had wind comming through it.. the rep came back out 30 mins later and told me that bc i have the wind visors on my door it caused the defect of the pillars. which the warranty will not cover it bc of the visors.. I THOUGHT that was bull. but i was not too worried about it bc im getting the hks hi power exhaust to cover the noise. =D

correct me if i'm wrong, the jdm ones stick on with tape, so i cannot see how they would affect the pillars.. so with that said, the weathertech ones go in the window channel. so which ones do you have plusone?

Do visors cause noise ?? I though they could help to deminish the flowing air to the top of the windows a little bit!!!
I was thinking yesterday about buying those visors but after reading this i dont think i will!!
