So I took my car to America's Tire to get a nail out of the sidewall. I was really glad that it didn't puncture or I would've had to get two new tires for the rear. A week later I noticed that the tire they took the nail off was missing its valve cap. I went to the usual auto stores and couldn't find the same metal valve caps anywhere. I checked Sewell's site and they only sell the caps with the L letter on it, I don't really like those. I just wanted to get the same ones that the car came with. I know its a small problem but every time I was the car, which is a weekly thing, I get really annoyed because a part is missing. I was thinking of going the evil route and taking one someones valve cap, but decided that I can't do it to a 2IS. Does anyone know where I can buy the caps??

I would go to the Lexus dealer after hours and just walk into the back and ask what ever tech that is still there if they have any. Tell them yours is missing and you just need one. Many times they will have this stuff loose in the tool box they can give you
"or" you can be a BALLA like llamaboiz and get something nicer!

I noticed you were from Cali and do not have the salt/corrosion issue we have in the midwest. It was strongly recommended to me to use the plastic valve caps as the chrome caps will corrode onto the TPMS stem. This actually happened to me and my car was only 8 months old at the time. I would put some grease on the threads.

I live in So Cal so no salt corrosion problem.
As for the balla caps. I can buy a pack of crystals (the ones you use to bling bling your phone) and put it on for like $5.

TPMS caps and regular plastic caps have the same thread pitch; no performance issue here but I know appearance matters.
Prolly a buck for a piece at dealer or just get some clean metal ones at your local tire shop; free charge I guess if you approach friendly.
99% of the caps are now made-in-china, even those one come with any bling-bling wheels. JDM or not, that branding badge is also made-in-china as far as I know.
Good luck with your shopping,
Joseph
